Founder and CEO
Carl is the strategist and founding father of sailwithus. Calle studied tourism on the south coast of England, then organized his first sailing trips for a tour operator and skippered them. After many trips around the world, he is now mostly in the office. Carl has developed a passion for sustainable travel: He loves sailing! But he doesn't get to do it often enough for his taste. Lead Operations
Janina , a valuable member of our team at sailwithus since January 2021. After a short absence, she is now back on board as Lead Operations. With her passion for sales and customer management, she has had a significant impact on our success. Janina, passionately conveys the indescribable feeling of freedom on the water.

Chief Growth Officer
Lucas is our "feel-good manager" because he always puts everyone in a good mood. After an internship at sailwithus, he saw the immense potential and realized that he wanted to help sailwithus move forward in the future. He knows all the ins and outs of business development, website, technology, marketing and cooperations!

Contact person for skippers
Claudia is your first point of contact for all questions concerning skippers. With a keen sense for the needs of skippers, she is always on hand to offer advice: from the onboarding of our new skippers to operational planning and further training. Claudia has found her calling at sailwithus. She brings valuable know-how from her deep connection to sailing. Whether organizational details, tips or general concerns – Claudia always finds a solution. With her open and trusting manner, she is the link between sailwithus and our valued skippers. A real anchor in our team!
Dankrad
Fleet manager
Dankrad is a new but already indispensable member of our team. Since June 2023, he has not only strengthened us as a skipper, but has also started his training at sailwithus, bringing a breath of fresh air to our company. Dankrad stands out for his commitment and ability to provide our skippers with competent and efficient support, especially in the event of damage. His insider knowledge and commitment make him a valuable asset to our team.
Kristina
Customer management and business development
Kristina joined the sailwithus team in August 2024 in the areas of customer management and business development. Kristina developed her passion for sailing during many weekend trips with her family on the IJsselmeer. It turned into true love during a sailing trip in Greece in 2022. Since then, she has been passionate about passing on the indescribable feeling of freedom on the water to others. The satisfaction of our customers is particularly important to her.
